Očividně problém v nastavení H1Z1. Co máš vůbec za monitor? Jaké rozlišení? Když dáš na ploše prav.klik > rozlišení obrazovky > upřesnit nastavení > záložka monitor - co tam máš za Hz?

můžeš zkusit, pokud jedeš na fullHD rozl., příp. dosaď hodnoty které používáš.:

then open Gamedirectory

Open the File "UserOptions"

Change
FullscreenWidth=1920
FullscreenHeight=1080
WindowedWidth=1920
WindowedHeight=1080"

nebo

1. Set the monitor to 60Hz, and see if the game starts normally. If it does, then set it back to 75Hz and...

2. Go to SteamApps\common\H1Z1 and open UserOptions.ini then make sure vsync is on (VSync=1 under "Rendering"); alternatively, set FullscreenRefresh=75 under "Display"

You can also try running the game in windowed mode by setting Maximized=0 and Mode=Windowed plus whatever resolution you want (should be preferably under your monitor's maximum supported resolution, so you can actually move the window).

Make sure to back up the file before making changes, and save it after making them.
