Press WIN+R
- In new window type: „%appdata%\wargaming.net” and press OK.
- After following those steps You will open a game folder.
- You will find there another one called „WorldofTanks” - open it and delete the whole content.
- Once You have done that, check whether the problem is fixed. If not, please follow the next step.
