Steam ukradený steam+CSGO itemy

Dobrý den,
před 3 týdnama mi ukradl jeden týpek steam i s itemama v hodnotě 300€, napsal jsem na support + nějaké důkazy ,že ten účet je můj Euro Truck simulator key,PSC účet+screeny, a oni mi napsali toto..
