Go to folder “..\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V” and search for the “settings.xml”.
Open the file with Notepad and search for “dx” until you see “<DX_Version value=”1″ />”
Now simple change the value from 1 to 0 and save the file.
Close the notepad and restart or start GTA 5 PC.
