1)Load Steam
2)Find on your Library your Skyrim right-click on the game menu and select properties
3)Select Local files tab and then click on [Verify integrity of game cache] it might take some minutes
4)If steam find any files which are damaged keep verifying the files until it reports that no files are damaged.
