Keďže tento problém nemám, ťažko radiť. Rýchle googlenie dáva najčastejšie takúto radu:
delete cfg.dat and pc_settings.bin from your Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles###### folder, the files get re-made the next time you start GTA V and you won't lose any save progress from this.
