Nejdřív bych zkusil smáznout ten soubor. Když to nepomůže a máš-li tam nějaké módy, tak přeinstaluj hru..Go into documents >> SAMP userfiles >> delete gta.set
If this doesn't work could be a modification causing it, so i'd try to re-install the game.
