na googlu jsem našel tato řešení, podle komentářů fungují..

just found a way to make it work: try it: (Window 7)
from Control Panel-> System and security -> Change User Account Control Settings : to Never notify.
After reboot my PC , and it work.

This is the way I fixed this issue. By default WoT installs to C:\Games\World_of_Tanks. Even if I changed the permissions on this folder, my kids' accounts could not access WoT.

I know Windows 7 has issues with installing software to the root so I uninstalled WoT and reinstalled it to C:\Program Files (x86)\World_of_Tanks. I gave my kids' accounts modify access to C:\Program Files (x86)\World_of_Tanks, but they still did could not access the folder. Finally I clicked on the Change Permissions (under the folder's Properties, Security, Permissions) and turned on Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object. Now my kids can play WoT with having Administrator accounts.
