Tady nekdo zkusil toto:

I had this same exact problem. I seemed to have fixed it by reinstalling the vcredist_x64 app.

you can find this in: \Steam\SteamApps\common\Metro Last Light Redux\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012

Note: I did this with metro 2033 rather than last light, but I suspect the installers are identical.
