We do not delete your Blacklight characters for inactivity or any other reasons. Chances are, you are logging in to the incorrect account or server. Please note that you must log in to both the correct account and server in order to access your character.

If you continue to experience difficuty finding your character, please contact Customer Support and include the name of the character you're trying to locate in your ticket.
